These facilities span the entire spectrum of the product development cycle, overseeing processes from raw material acquisition to the delivery of finished goods.

EPT stands out as a comprehensive socks manufacturing solution with close integration to International standard manufacturing units. We provide one-stop-shop capable of spinning, plying, dyeing, bleaching, and processing/finishing its products from raw materials. Our internal manufacturing supervision division play a crucial role in maintaining the trajectory of your product lines and ensuring competitive pricing.

The primary motivation behind EPT’s Level 5 Vertical Integration is to convey cost savings to our esteemed clients. Each manufacturing facility adheres to ISO: 9001 Quality Control Systems, subject to regular scrutiny by independent external auditors.

Dyeing Unit

To deliver high-quality products such as Cone and Fiber dyed Yarn and tops, EPT operates a fully integrated Dying Plant equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including Bleaching, Radio Frequency Drying, and the latest Finishing machines.

Presently, the Dyeing unit has evolved into one of the largest in the Hosiery Industry of Pakistan, capable of handling Hank/Muff and Cone dying. This plant efficiently caters to all of EPT’s in-house requirements, boasting an installed capacity as follows:

– Yarn & Piece Dyeing: 1460 tons per annum

The EPT Dyeing Plant is proficient in dying a diverse range of yarns, encompassing 100% cotton, Polyester, Cotton Blends, Cotton/wool, Viscose, Acrylic/Cotton, 100% Acrylic, and various other synthetics.

Lot Size Flexibility:

– Our capability for Yarn and Piece Dyeing in vessels ranging from 1 kg to 500 kg grants us unparalleled flexibility.

3D Printing Unit(Heat Transfer Printing Machines)

In a bid to tap into a robust segment within the worldwide Hosiery Market, EPT has recently implemented a cutting-edge 3-D printing section. Leveraging state-of-the-art digital technology, we are now capable of creating top-notch digital transfers that uphold photographic quality images, whether applied to Apparel, Headwear, or Socks & Tights.

Embroidery Unit

In contrast to many of our rivals who rely on external contractors for design production and custom embroidery outsourcing, EPT manages its own Art Design Studio and Embroidery Division. This approach grants us meticulous control over the entire process, guaranteeing both the highest quality and expedited production. Our organization utilizes cutting-edge embroidery equipment, featuring Barudan machines, each equipped with double side heads.

Yarn Covering Unit

EPT internally manages both Conventional cover and Air-cover processes to manufacture single or double-covered yarns, as well as blends. The company employs cutting-edge machinery for producing single and double-covered yarns, and air-jet covering machines for crafting air-jet yarns.

EPT has taken a pioneering role in the Hosiery sector of Pakistan by implementing an in-house yarn covering setup. This strategic move ensures an additional layer of quality assurance for the knitting division’s yarn requirements.

Yarn Winding & Unwinding Unit

The objective of this operation is to impart a marled effect to the yarn. This involves a two-stage process aimed at reinforcing the yarn through doubling and twisting. This approach affords us the flexibility to choose yarns that enhance performance, provide consumers with a wide range of color combinations, and meet the cost reduction preferences of our customers.
